  1. Clean screens & windows freeing them of debris
  2. Clean exterior of property
  3. Exterior Paint touch ups
  4. Clean air conditioner filter
  5. Air conditioner fan removal
  6. Check & replace furnace filter
  7. Clean & inspect patios and driveways
  8. Adjust ceiling fan direction& dust the tops
  9. Sharpen Lawn Mower blades
