Our Team



With 12 years’ experience for both residential and commercial properties, Michael overseas all aspects of the company’s management, operations and administration systems. His experience in client communications and human resources, together with his knowledge of condominium law and administration, ensures the firm has excellent oversight and direction for its daily activities. Michael is a Registered Condominium Manager with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), sits on the board of that organization, holds an Ontario General Condominium Management License and has experience serving as a president and a director of a condominium corporation. He takes a hands on approach with his properties and believes strongly in open communication with his clients.


Holly is the Finance Manager for FPMI and has overall responsibility for the accounts for the condominiums that the firm manages. She has 10 years experience in bookkeeping and condominium accounting and it totally familiar with all of the financial reporting and annual audit requirements under the Condominium Act. Before assuming the position of Finance Manager Holly worked at FPMI as a property manager and thus has extensive knowledge of both the financial and the operations sides of property management. Holly previously worked as a property manager for another Newmarket property management firm. Holly still holds her Ontario property management licence.



As the Accounts Manager for FPMI Sharlene is responsible for processing all incoming invoices for condominiums and expediting payments by processing cheques for either the Boards’ or property managers’ signatures. Sharlene has more than three years of experience in condominium accounting and more than six years in general accounting/bookkeeping. She brings to the FPMI team an up-to-date knowledge of all of the current practices to ensure complete financial accountability. This includes computerized bookkeeping procedures to facilitate a smooth interface with vendors, Board members, auditors and FPMI Finance Manager for monthly and annual reporting. Sharlene is responsible for preparing status certificates for the property manager’s signature. Prior to moving to the Finance Department, Sharlene was the FPMI Communications Co-Ordinator as the first point of contact for condominium unit owners and as a result gained a general knowledge of many aspects of property management. Sharlene’s educational qualifications include a Paralegal Diploma from Everest College.


Melissa is the Contracts Co-Ordinator for FPMI responsible for procurement with respect to contractors and suppliers to condominium corporations. While she just joined the FPMI team in 2020 she has more than 16 years of experience in dealing with contractors and suppliers and maintains a roster of qualified and vetted vendors. For competitive quotations Melissa prepares tender documents, issues invitations, analyses submitted tenders and prepares a tender report for review by the property manager and respective Board. Melissa has a Business Administration Diploma from Durham College and holds an Ontario property management licence.



Dianne is the Communications Co-Ordinator and Receptionist for FPMI and as such is the first point of contact for visitors to the office and for owners who contact the firm through the “info” email. She has 28 years experience in business administration and customer service which includes 12 years as a licenced real estate agent when she frequently dealt with condominium sales. Thus she is very familiar with the procedures for condominium sales and often is called upon to provide advice and condominium information to unit sellers and new owners. Dianne monitors the info@fehertypm.ca daily and directs owner enquiries to the appropriate management team member. She also keeps a log of all enquiries and responds to the owner to acknowledge receipt of the email.


Brian was the founding President of FPMI.  He recently retired as Vice-President and now acts as a Senior Consultant to the firm. He has 29 years experience in property management and 45 years in consulting engineering and project management and brings to the FPMI team extensive experience in all of the key qualifications for a professional approach to property management. Brian has experience on every side of the property management spectrum having been a founding director of a residential condominium corporation, an owner of a number of residential and commercial rental properties and a consultant to residential, commercial, industrial and institutional clients. He is a licenced in Ontario to practice property management and is an Ontario licenced Professional Engineer and Designated Consulting Engineer.
